Once your order has been placed please follow the instructions listed below:
1. Remove derailleur
2. Please give the derailleur a quick cleaning to remove any loose dirt and debris.
3. Wrap your derailleur in a soft material, such as bubble wrap, to protect it when it is being shipped to us.
4. Print out your order confirmation and include it with your derailleur in the package.
