Our lifetime warranty covers the replacement pogo pins installed during our repair service.
If those pins fail, we'll repair or replace them at no charge.
The warranty applies specifically to our pogo pin repair and does not cover unrelated mechanical or electronic issues with your derailleur.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping their derailleur to us for warranty service.
We'll cover the return shipping!

Who Is Covered?
Our lifetime warranty applies to the original customer only and is non-transferable.
We maintain a record of your name and derailleur serial number to verify warranty eligibility.
If you sell or transfer your bike or derailleur to another person, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.
Warranty Turnaround Time
Warranty repairs receive the same attention and priority as our standard repair services.
Our typical turnaround time is 3–4 business days after receiving your derailleur.
